CATASTROPHE (CAT) SERVICES

Whenever natural disasters strike, whether hurricanes, tornadoes, fire, floods, ice, snow storms or blizzards, SFMc CAT claim service is ready and able to respond quickly and decisively to address the needs of clients. SFMc coordinates their in-house team with a reliable and expert group of “on call” national insurance adjusters who are experienced and skilled in handling claims resulting from catastrophic events. This supplemental support allows SFMc to provide additional service to their core clients in the case of emergencies.

SFMc has provided prompt and expert claims service for the following:

* Hurricane Irene, August 2011
* Superstorm Sandy, October 2012
* Blizzard of 2013, February

Superstorm Sandy Facts: Between the roughly two (2) week period of October 29 – November 15, 2012, SFMc successfully handled 1,500 claims in the eastern New England area.
